Security State Bank offers a very diversified Real Estate Lending program. Our in house program offers a fixed rate of interest for 3 and 5 year terms with balloon payments. These are based on up to 20 year amortizations. We also have a secondary market mortgage program through Executive Mortgage that gives extreme flexibility to the customer who has a little more money up front, and wants to save on that interest rate later. Commercial and agricultural real estate loans are also a very important part of our program.
