Security State Bank offers a very diversified Real Estate Lending program. We are responsible for putting farmers in new fields, making new business owners, and putting happy families in the homes of their dreams. Real estate is a very personal part of our customer’s lives and we strive to make sure that part is attainable for many.
Our personal real estate program offers a fixed rate of interest for 3 or 5 year terms with balloon payments at the end of that time frame. These are based on up to a 20 year amortization. We also have a secondary market mortgage program that gives extreme flexibility to the customer who has a little more money up front, and wants to save on that interest rate later.
Farm and commercial real estate programs offer many different rate structures with up to twenty years to pay back. We can access loan programs with Rural Development, the Small Business Administration, Rural Development, Bank of North Dakota and the North Central Planning Council to help structure your loans to better fit your needs.
